Photographs of item
The pictures showed the item as more robust than it actually is. It was a gift for my adult son and is more suitable for a woman's wrist than a man's. Other than that, everything was in good working order.

Smooth Transaction
The shipping process was very seamless and the cost was fair. Auction houses that don't offer inhouse shipping, like Clarks, need to get with the program.
