Beware of the shipping situation with this dealer. You do not have the option of using a shipper other than the one they supply. I was told the UPS store there is "too difficult to work with" and Clark's would have the item packed and shipped using their supplier. When I asked for a price quote I was told they wouldn't know until the item was packed and ready for shipping, so basically a blank check on shipping. I was also told they don't bump up the shipping charge but I have had this same style item shipped from several other auction houses (always in two boxes) and Clark's was $50 more than the highest other shipper. Also, I never received a tracking number or was even notified when it actually shipped. It also shipped to my house address when I had specified it be shipped to my office. It arrived on my porch on a Saturday and luckily I was in town that weekend. Otherwise...???? Additionally, every time I called Clark's for info, the woman answering the phone acted like I was a giant annoyance. I have NEVER had another auction house be so unhelpful and so difficult to work with. Even though I got the item in good condition, I cannot recommend working with them as it was an overall unpleasant experience,

Invoice included names of 2 "suggested shippers." Followed by an email "correction" with the name of 1 "suggested shipper." Emailed them for a quote-got no response. Got an email stating that my items had been delivered to yet a different shipper (without my authorization). "Call them for a quote"-I need them to email me. "They've called you twice"-I have difficulty using the phone; please ask them to them to email. No response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company-got an email.

My transaction from beginning to end went very smoothly. My item arrived quickly and was well packed. Staff is excellent. I will definitely purchase from Clark's repeatedly. A most excellent experience!

Once the ship arrangements were made, everything went well. Contacted the UPS store for shipping info and Bryan was very helpful! Once the necklaces were shipped, I received them in a short time. Over all, it was a good experience.

The shipper listed on the receipt is no longer shipping for Clark's. But they did try to do so. Clark's still has my items and has not notified me that they have changed shippers. The auction was February 17, 2019. Nor have I heard from Clark's.

After processing payment for the rug I contacted the recommended UPS shippers. I was unable to receive a response from the first shipper I contacted to reached out to Clarks and received an immediate response from Patty. She did a great job helping facilitate getting the rug shipped to me via the 2nd recommended UPS shipper. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Clarks thanks to Patty's exceptional customer service.

Clarks was very helpful with auction and Items I won the UPS store was not they took forever to ship my items and I had to call them several times.

One of their recommended shippers never responded to two requests for a quote-it was this company: ********** So they were no help at all. As it was, this company: ********** was excellent and friendly and efficient and quick.

Even my items were mainly costume jewelry they were exactly as described and reasonably priced. I would feel confident to purchase any of their items knowing the quality and prices are great!
