Any time I work with a new to me auction house, I start with a small, single item purchase. If they can't get this right, I move on. My first purchase arrived in a timely fashion, as described. I'll be back!

Bidding was smooth, not "too slow". Payment was taking appropriately. Shipping was inline with traditional costs. Items arrived in a timely fashion. I wish all my auction experiences were this good.

This was a delightful auction. I found some items for a lovely price point and had fun in the process. I especially like that EAC does not hassle you with shipping. Some auction companies make you call and discuss shipping. EAC simply package your items, bills your CC and ships. I wish the shipping was a little faster but I had a lot of items to get together. I'll be back!

Won a large, very detailed fish fossil, which was carefully wrapped and shipped for a reasonable rate, especially when so many other auctions offer outrageous shipping/handling rates.

I would use Easterly Auction again with no second thought. Easy from sign up to pick up. Actually, next time I will have my piece shipped as Will happily use Easterly Auction again. The entire process went off without a hitch. The pick up location was a little tricky to find but everything worked out well in the end! Thanks!

No problems, never ever!

I have participated in several Easterly auctions this year and found them present items accurately and reliably. They pack and ship inhouse better than any other auction house I have ever dealt with. It is a real pleasure to receive everything in perfect condition no matter what the value of the piece which shows respect for both the buyer and the seller. There are quite a few other auction houses that could learn from these folks.

They are always a pleasure to work with and have great quality products.
