Great experience with this auction house. However, the ring is a lot smaller once I received as it looked much bigger and higher quality in the pictures.

I’ve written twice to let them know the hock is lose and have dropped twice. No reply from their part and the earring cannot be worn. Cheap earring sold at high price. Very disappointing and won’t buy from this shop again.

Lost a stone by second time worn.

This ring is beautiful with the exception of the cracked stone, almost looks like it's going to crumble..

The stone itself is gorgeous but I was shocked at how small it truly is. I cannot use it in a ring because it is so small.

My necklace was exactly as shown and arrived promptly. 🙂

This was my first purchase of jewelry (gems) on LiveAuctioneers, so I was a little cautious. Even though it was a very little purchase (in the scheme of things), they treated it with total professionalism. I am very happy with Smirit collections. Their gemstones are lovely and reasonable at auction. The one thing I am not really happy with is the cost of shipping. But that does not change the fact that the stones are worth it and shipping times are very quick
