Please know that we made multiple attempts to contact you prior to the item being moved to storage. In the absence of a confirmed pickup date — more than 10 days after the auction concluded — we proceeded to relocate the item to our designated storage area to ensure a smooth transition for our upcoming auction. As you correctly noted, this relocation is internal, within our facility. The associated fee was a standard practice in previous auctions, implemented to help manage limited space and maintain operational efficiency. However, we understand your concerns and want to note that we have since discontinued this relocation fee, as the majority of our clients now retrieve their items within the allotted time. We genuinely regret if this charge came as a surprise and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We also attempted to contact you several times by phone and email to both offer our apologies and arrange a refund for the fee, but unfortunately were unable to connect with you directly. We truly value your business and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you to make this right. It would be our pleasure to assist you again in one of our future auctions.
