If you bid on a lot of auctions as I do it gets confusing when I have to contact third parties to handle the shipping. I prefer auction houses that offer in-house shipping like this one My experience with this auction house was a good one.

Nadeau's communication before and after the auction date was superior to most other auction companies I have purchased from. Description and pictures of item were accurate. Pick-up by third party shipper was easy. My experience was very positive.

Thank you Nadeau's for this exquisite Tiffany & Co. bead ball necklace that I won at your auction for a terrific price. Despite the fact that the total amount in Canadian dollars ran over three times what I paid to your business (shipping, USD to CDN exchange rate of about 40 % and bank wire transfer fees were slightly murderous). I must say that I still made a deal as compared to the original price... It is gorgeous and has all the hallmarks of an authentic Tiffany.

Compared to calling other auction houses to ask a question, Nadeau's was very responsive and helpful. Everyone I dealt with prior to and after the auction was professional and got right back to me. NOT the same experience from another Connecticut auction house that somehow did not "see" my bid, told me the piece was available after the auction was over and had gone to a lower bid than mine, and then after a week of back and forth said it did sell for that lower bid and was gone! Totally different experience than Nadeau's. Want to thank Chris and Gina individually too-wonderful to deal with.

Nadeau's description of the painting I won was accurate and thorough. Also, the shipper I used was able to pick-up and ship the painting less than a week after the auction.

Four-tier stand is perfect addition to corner of dining room for display. Great finish. The collage is awesome-colors are great for living room.

This was a breeze. Easy to pay, arranged pick-up at auction house. Friendly, helpful people all around.
