Nice items and quick service

I had clear indications, on my screen, of having won three auctions. I was notified of having won only one. I have not had this happen with ANY other auction, yet they blamed it on the LiveAuctioneers interface, and said I should take it up with you. I have a solution-never buy from them again, and for that matter discontinue my activity with LiveAuctioneers. I'm not terribly happy with the auction format (progressive automatic increasing increments) and I've had some kind of visit from the **********-up fairy with almost every auction house. I don't need the headache.

They do not respond to questions.
