Packaged a print very securely and well.

Artwork was supposed to be 30x24-received a 11x14 and was told that it didn't exist in the 30x24 size. No apologies or anything, but they sent a return label without issue. Be careful that you receive what you bid on.

I purchased a litho from this auction house, and when the item arrived it looked more like a cheap print, with no numbering, signature, or letter of authenticity. It was my first time buying from an on-line auction, but I felt mislead by their description. Buyer beware.

This was the first time I've dealt with Robin hood Auctions and I was very pleased. I had a question and got an answer within 12 hours! I was truly amazed at the speed with which I got my item, it seemed like it was here the next day. The one downside was my item was packaged so well it took me a while to get it open. I will definitely check out more Robinhood Auctions.
