Super militaria auction!!

I recently bid on two items from this auction house and had the winning bids. i paid my bill and expected to receive my items within 2 weeks. It took nearly a month for the items to arrive, and when they did, one of them was not the item I had bid and paid for. Instead, I received a very cheap and questionable item in its place. The other item is also highly questionable and I believe it is probably a replica of what they advertised and put up for auction. I immediately contacted V. N Collectible and was offered a refund once I returned the item that was sent instead of the item I bid on, (postage to be paid by me!), along with the excuse that they could not "find the item because of an inventory of over 10, 000 items".! This is absolutely unacceptable and fraudulent. They are advertising and putting an item up for auction which they are unable to produce even though it was paid for! I did not even bring up the subject of the other item that i believe to be a reproduction and not authentic. Now I am not getting any responses from them and was told that they would be "on vacation" until November which means that they have my money, shipping costs, and they have essentially disappeared! DO NOT deal with these people!!

I had to file a complaint with my Bank to attempt to get my money back. Very unprofessional seller.. So there is a current COMPLAINT WITH BANK and Auction House The seller is unreliable.. I paid him $325 and received my item and he won't ISSUE A REFUND BUYER BEWARE!

requested to receive the authenticity proof or a certificate as the item looked fake. never received

Please be careful dealing with this auction house. I purchased almost 15000 dollars in one auction. Unfortunately i waited for more than a month to ship the items. One item they sent me was not the original item that i won in the auction. One item they didnt send me because they dont have it. All items was sent from Canada. But their address was in the united states. They are not truthful of their transaction. You can double check this. Some items was already sold from previous auction but if you check it they still offering it on their next auction. Example is the russian cannon that i won but they didnt send it i already paid for it. Too many alibis. Now you can see it on the next auction. Just be very careful.

Great auction with accurate descriptions. Just a bit slow on communicating shipping time. Has to ask where items were but quick response came.

These people do not have a physical address nor phone number; the address listed is for a receiving warehouse, and the phone number I finally found is that place, not VN Collectible. I was told they live in Canada and not the US. They take days to respond to any emails and they were dishonest about their responses to me when I complained to LIVEAUCTIONEERS. I would say I will never do business with them again, but they have listed some wonderful objects. If you do buy, don't expect fast responses and pay with a CC so they will ship sooner.

This is the sort of transaction that turns me off to online bidding. The quality of this frame wasn't worth $5. It was silver painted on plastic. Only garbage. Buyer beware.

VN collectable said they lost my item. They asked for my Pay pal address which I felt uncomfortable doing only because it was paid though google pay which was the payment method they sent me. At this point I felt it was a scam. I asked them for a phone number so I could speak to them directly. They stated they were too busy to take the call. They did send me a refund minus the credit card fee in a personal check about two weeks later. I understand that things happen but it wasn't a very good experience on my end.
