I was very impressed with the in house shipping and surprised how quickly I received my item, the auction had a number of items that I was interested in and I look forward to their future auctions

Most of their merchandises flea market or yard sale leftovers and the things you want to bid on they either pass or they try to jack up the price themselves and still won't sell to you and your the high bidder I don't know how they're on your network

I felt the auction house was not accurate in their description and charged a high fee for shipping. Overall a negative experience and I would not buy from them again.

Don’t like buyer markup in addition to bid price.

The story: After winning the two lots, I received an invoice. Somewhere it was stated that after 4 days that my card on file would be used to pay for the order, so I just decided to let that happen. After about 10 days, I looked into how things were going and discovered that the order had not be paid for. So I called and paid at that time. A week or so later I was notified that there would be additional shipping charges. However, the invoice included the shipping charges. In fact the total shipping was less than what I had paid. I called. I was told that this information had to be given to someone. That someone called me. I showed him their error. He saw that I was right, apologized, and said my shipment would go out soon. I received an email that it had shipped. Not a smooth transaction.
