Hokessin should be removed from liveauctioneers. I no longer want to use liveauctioneers because of my experience with them. They shipped me an item other than what was listed. I emailed them photos and followed up by phone. They said they believed they had shipped the incorrect item and would get back to me later that day but did not. There was also no response to a follow-up email. Furthermore they handled shipping and marked up the actual shipping cost by 8-fold, while using filthy packing and a reused box. The actual auction item would not even have fit in the box they sent me. finally the small incorrect item they sent me arrived broken.

This is the most dishonest auction house we have dealt with over the many years we have been a buyer on Live Auctioneers. This auction house is not of the standard typical of Live Auctioneers.

They would do well to improve their response time to buyer calls incoming. Otherwise, I am happy and would buy again in the future.

Overcharge for shipping by a lot!!! Lots of promises when I wanted to know when item would be shipped but nothing happened. They were always sorry and would get right on it. I paid promptly, called about 6 times and waited 3 weeks for delivery. Won't use them again.

No Notification from them at all. They sent me the bill, much to high of a shipping cost. Anyway I sent them the check by pony express, no electrical payment system. No notification that they received the payment and no product what so ever. No Notification that my won item was in the mail and to 6this day 2 weeks after the auction I still have not heard a word. This on line bidding is a great way to get circumvented through no direct route to the action houses. they want my money but no service what so ever. STILL WAITING

They just don’t respond to phone calls and don’t make it easy to buy, pay and ship.
