Will buy from them again

Just wanted to say Thank You for such a great treatment of packaging of each item. Everything was done perfect on each item and the security tape added to a job well done. Thank's for everything!

Good guns, but a tad on the slow side with the shipping.

My first concern was price and I was not disappointed, My 2nd concern was the shipping which I was very happy with (time wise) and I would like to say that the staff are very helpful and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work and I hope to do business with you again soon.

I have made multiple purchases at Poulin Antique & Auctions and hope to do so again in the future. They always provided a positive experience, and their lots are well described so you know exactly what you're buying.

I won 2 itmes on February 12, 2024 and as of today March 04, 2024 my merchandise has not arrived

Good communication, but unfortunately the item was poorly packed by the auction house and sustained significant damage during shipping. I've contracted someone to conduct the repairs, but at significant additional cost.

We accidentally bid on an item in their auction under my account a bid meant to be placed under another family members name and account. Since the item was winning our name if we had paid and accepted it on behalf of my Brother in law it would have been a straw purchase. We did not intend to do so. We asked if they could change the invoice to reflect the appropriate and intended owner. This however still constitutes a straw purchase since it's my account and not his. The auction was kind enough to let us out of the commitment and cancel the sale. We will be more observant and cautious in the future when logging in making certain which account we are using before we bid on anything especially a firearm again. We made an error and the auction house has been very understanding so far. I hope it will not reflect poorly on us as we have done business with this auction before and hope to continue to be good customers. To the Auction. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We will be more careful in the future and double check which account we logging in to before entering the live auction. Terribly sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you.

Billing was fast, I paid the same day, but it took 5 weeks to ship, had to call and complain to get shipping expedited. They also charge a higher buyers premium for using this site, so I purchased two other lots on their site after reading the fine print. One of those other items had an overly optimistic condition and lacked pictures of scratches, very apparent they trying to represent the gun as being in better condition... I still feel the price I paid was a reasonable value, but I'll be cautious about bidding with Poulin ever again.

Even though shipping was slow, they were somewhat responsive. I never feared I would not get the item. I know with a large auction it is a lot to get everything together and ship. I just felt it could've been more responsive. It took a month from the close of auction till I got my item. But overall I am very happy with what I got.

Great auction house

My wife and I were interested in some items in an upcoming Poulin auction and we happened to be in the area of Poulin Antiques & Auctions. We called to see if we could preview the items in which we were interested. Absolutely! It wasn't one of the regular preview days for the auction, but we would be welcome nevertheless; in fact, someone would stay late for us if we couldn't get there by closing time. After the auction, which we participated in from home, online, we called to arrange to pick up the items we had won. When I arrived for the pick-up appointment, the items had already been pulled and cleaned; furthermore, Poulin employees were ready to carry the items to my vehicle and load them for me. Bottom line: we received nothing but first class service from this auction house. We plan to participate in their future auctions and we will happily refer them to family and friends.

BAD BAD BAD... Opening bid was $800 for this rifle... I bid $850 all the sudden the opening bid changed to $2250 and THEY CHANGED MY BID, but ok, that rifle in the description and pictures was still a great deal at that price, but it doesn't get better dealing with this company. Description of rifle was just wrong. Their quote "tang sight shows light spotting from surface corrosion" reality is it is cancered out from rust and stuck together... their quote "Very good wood finish showing small marks" reality is there is a gouge in the stock, which had to of happened in their possession because it does not show in the picture and did not happen during shipping as that is the one good thing I can say... they did an excellent job of packaging for shipping. That brings up their next failure... It took them a month to ship and then they charged me $137.36 to ship one rifle. And here's the topper... They listed a 45-90 rifle as a 45-70 WRONG CALIBER, and they wait a month to ship and another week to get here so its past the dispute time!

Forgot to ship. Did not pack well and shipment was damaged. was a serious mess in several ways

They charged me an arm and a leg for shipping, they charged me $40 for something that would have shipped in a $15 usps flat rate box.
