A month ago I purchased an item from Poulin and am yet to receive it. A week ago I called and inquired. The nice lady who answered the phone said that it would probably be another two weeks before it was shipped. Five weeks is way too long to wait for a purchase to be shipped. I will never buy anything from these people again.

very slow to ship, and disorganized. I had to send ffl and payment info multiple times because it was misplaced. It was more than 5 weeks from winning the item to receiving it. Good news I did receive it and it was in the condition stated in the auction.

This was my first time working with Poulin and I'm very happy, would gladly buy from them again in the future. It did take a while for the shipping to be completed, but I did win a lot with about 40 individual boxed items, and the overall auction was large, so I understand the time it takes to wrap all that carefully. And, my items were very carefully wrapped, well worth the wait. Thank you for a great experience.

I understand buyers 'percentages can be high 23 %, but the shipping and handling of the firearm was over $125.00? Bought many guns online never paid that much for shipping and handling. Won't buy from them again.

I want to thank Poulin Auction for its rapid warning to its customers about their COVID 19 in-house outbreak and the problems that it could cause with processing orders. And yes there was a "blackout" in its office procedures, but, I still called and sent emails to keep the Poulin Office notified that everything they needed or asked for was on the way by Certified Mail. I did as instructed with no complaints and just waited. When Poulin came online the phones were answered, phone messages were returned, and emails were read and acknowledged. I think the ladies that were filling-in and working multiple positions did a wonderful job and when talking to them, I could tell they were rushing about trying to cover all the bases. And if by chance some of them are not working for Poulin, please hire them! My "Thanks" to the Packaging & Shipping Department for their excellent work. My item arrived safe and sound.

It was difficult to find an FFL in my city. I finally found one that charged a reasonable fee but he was going out of town for two weeks. Poulin was kind enough to hold shipment until his return at no charge. Items were as described. I sent a thank you note and received a very gracious response. Very satisfying experience. Would recommend.

Awesome items better than expected. If only all auction houses were this easy to deal with the world would be a better place for collectors such as myself. A few small miscommunications but nothing to lose sleep over. Professional all the way 100 %.

Not bidding again. Expensive Shipping. I will sell similar item and shipping with Insurance but way lower than what they charge.
