I was very happy with the condition of the Roycroft rocker and Toomey in-house shipping made the purchase much easier. They delivered the rocker and were competitively priced. The whole thing was easy!

This is the first time I've purchased any item from Toomey & Co, and it will not be the last. The description and pictures of the piece were totally accurate, so no surprises. I won a piece of pottery and was so impressed by the way they packaged and shipped it. If every auction house took such great care in packaging delicate and easily breakable items as well as Toomey & Co did, you would never read about the horror stories from people of broken items once received. I will absolutely be doing repeat business with Toomey and highly recommend them, certainly to any Pottery collectors out there who are reluctant to buy from on-line auctions.

Toomey is among my favorite auction houses with appealing lots, engaging variety, and helpful staff.

In addition to their 30 % premium their shipping is priced at a premium. They charged me $65 to move two pounds of pottery one zone (less than 300 Miles). It did get there safely but I previously bought many similar pieces that shipped for 11-15 $
