The auction house was both helpful and pleasant. Ranked against well known auction houses, my experience was far better. Most of the auction houses on your website WILL NOT provide full condition reports that are even remotely accurate. I’ve asked well defined questions to be given inaccurate and misleading info. This auction house answered my questions about condition, payment and did in house shipping as well. Very pleased!

Invoice was paid promptly, auction house unable to update site showing invoice paid. Auction house claims it notified you but my record has still not been updated.
