Beautiful pieces
Was very impressed with the pieces of jewelry I received, the auction was very fair and quickly done, which I like. Payment very simple, shipping reasonable and quick, packed very good, a little too good, lol. Will be my new favorite, will definitely follow. Thanks so much for putting on those two beautiful rings.

Fine Estate 5 + Stars; Shipping 4 Stars
Overall experience with Fine Estate is 5 + Stars. Shipping, which is buyer responsibility, was not bad. Getting quotes, making arrangements, and completing payment takes a few emails/phone calls which eats up 3-4 days. Then they need to pick-up the item, pack it, and arrange shipment. So it takes another 7-10 days for item to arrive. I must say, however, the item I purchased was packed extremely well-that was a 5 + Star performance for the person who packaged my item!

i tried many times to arrange a pick up with ups from fine estate inc for the item i won at auction and paid. well this item is again at auction now. terrible service, i advise you not to buy here!
