I purchased four items in the sale. The two decorative pieces were packed well by UPS and as described. The two other pieces I purchased were framed 'autographed' baseball photos. I am not one to judge the signatures. But they at least look nice. The issue I had is that the gallery gave the wrong item, a framed baseball photo, to the shipper. Was to be a surprise birthday gift. Was shipping direct. However, I got the real surprise when I was told what two pictures were included. One of them was wrong. The piece that was shipped had an opening of $25.00 but was passed. Too much time to work out a satisfactory solution. The gallery apologized. I understand that mistakes may happen. I suggested that I would purchase the extra photo for the $25.+ BP. So now the birthday present was three photos. I offered to do this since the person who received the gift would have to bring the additional photo back to UPS in the original shipping , which they had discarded, and ship with a prepaid label back to the Gallery. The photo left behind was only $50.00 + BP. I really think that the gallery should have immediately shipped the missing piece while we worked out how to handle the extra $25.00 photo, which I purchased to avoid the return hassle especially since the gallery needed the measurements to get a prepaid label. Think customer service first in the future! In the end it all worked out and I will do business with Market Auctions in the future if they are offering something I am interested in.

The items was very nice and the auction house good to work with. I was less impressed with the shipping costs and the item was packed ok, but not great especially given the cost, but no damage so all is well
