Great item expensive shipping
The items was very nice and the auction house good to work with. I was less impressed with the shipping costs and the item was packed ok, but not great especially given the cost, but no damage so all is well

Glass Auction
Buyers premium was higher than any other auction house Ive participated in. The shipping arrangements were poorly handled. Minimum of 3 shippers should be provided to buyers.

Item described as "no visible issues" has major damage
The item was described as "no visible issues". In fact the figurine has two cracks that could be seen on their original pictures. Auction House declines the claim and doesn't offer the refund.

Hello, Market Auctions makes it the utmost priority to describe items in heavy detail. This client did contact our gallery requesting a refund due to a crack on the base of the item. This item was sent from Florida to Russia by a third party shipping company. We compared photos that were provided from the client to photos at time of item being sold. The crack was not in the original photos when the item was sold. We offered to put the item back into auction with a 0 % commission to the client as a courtesy. At this point the client demanded we refunded him and pay the shipping to return the product from Russia to Florida. We respectfully cannot due to that due to the item being damaged in either shipping or at the hands of the client. Market Auctions has thousands of happy clients and really do try to resolve any matter that should arise. We are happy to honor our original proposal of reconsigning the item at 0 % with hopes it will sell for more than it was originally purchased for.
