I can’t even come close to expressing how helpful Chandler and his crew went out of their way to make our pickup experience easy. We had quite a few pieces to pick up. Chandler walked us through the multiple warehouse pointed out and marking our pieces. We did end up with an issue of one of our pieces not being there. After searching and trying to find our pieces the conclusion was an error in listing and as it was a matching piece it listed twice. We didn’t have enough room in our rented 26 ft U-Haul so we were going to return after Thanksgiving to finish. Chandler went above and beyond making the mix up right. We came home with another matching set of antique hutches to go in each side of our fireplace. Our son and daughter in law and her parents also had a 26ft U-Haul to fill. Our kids our expecting our first grandchild in March and they were able to get all the furniture for the babies room. I’m sure there aren’t too many kids that have a room full of late 1800 really 1900’s furniture. I feel like we made a new friend!! Thanks Chandler and all the helpful staff. I’d give them a 10 star rating if it went above 5!!

As you all know, shipping is always on everyone's mind when placing bids. We’ve been ripped off and taking it. Third-party shippers love to extort and demand high premiums. My niece worked at UP (you know) and told me how they do it all the time. LiveAuctioneers themselves got into it, and they are no different. In my last purchase from another seller, I was quoted over $200 over a standard charge. The item was only $125. and under 2 lbs. Unbelievable. Atlanta Auction in-house service was able to ship this order for a very reasonable charge. And they didn't skimp out on any shipping material to do so — all professionally packed. easy transaction

This was the first time I've ever purchased through an online auction. The shipping process was the only thing that I was concerned about and it wasn't exactly "smooth". I chose not to ship with liveauctioneers as there price was unreasonable. They did put me in touch with the Atlanta Auction Gallery who gave me a much more reasonable price. They were great to work with. The payment process had to be handled with the auction house and that was the only complicated part of the process. Otherwise everything was great. I couldn't be more pleased with the Atlanta Auction Gallery.
