Atlanta Auction Gallery answered my question before bidding, which allowed me to proceed with confidence. After winning the item payment and shipping were both quick-and I can't believe how well-packed the item was, especially given its size. Absolutely outstanding experience in every way!

The auction was great and the shipping was perfect-1st class. I did have extenuating circumstances due to COVID and personal illness. They did work with me very well even long after their 30 day deadlines.

Once my won lot was cleared for shipping, Atlanta Auction Gallery took over from there. Generally I have to search out shippers in the region of the auction house-in this case Atlanta Auction Gallery was just 'one stop shopping's as they offer in-house shipping. I received my item in a perfectly timely manner but was aghast when the box arrived... one whole corner had been torn away leaving the packing material inside exposed. I was heartbroken assuming that the item was damaged. But no, it had been so well packed that even without an entire corner missing, everything was fine. In addition to that, they did not use Styrofoam popcorn which is a surge on the environment and is awful to clean up after. I was impressed, relieved and delighted with my new treasure. Atlanta Auction Gallery had done a great job from the beginning of the auction process to the delivery of the item. I can't recommend bidding with them enough....
