I won several auctions that had multiple items in the group. I had expressed the wish to not ship the items that I was not interested in. They got all the instructions correct. My items where taken to a UPS store for packaging and shipping, communication was great the entire process. Items arrived in perfect condition.

I liked the fact the auctio house contacted to me to see if I would like to have my items shipped through UPS due to the number 0of items and to ensure they would have arrive safety. And they were delivered and packed with care.

Don't count on pix or generic descriptions to describe damage

I had an extremely bad experience. There were two items in the lot, one quite valuable the other not. These two items were packed together, wrapped in bubble-wrap were packed together, surrounded by padding without padding between the two items; the valued item, worth $700, was destroyed.
