The pair of Royal Dux porcelain vases are beautiful, perfection and museum quality. The pictures could not capture their beauty. Wow! Also, I received 12 Wedgewood hand-painted dinner plates, circa 1900. They are in perfect condition and elegant. They will be used. I am a repeat successful client. The items and customer-service never disappoint. The packing and shipping are first-class and top-notch. Be prepared to take time and have patience when unpacking the items. Every handle and edge has it's own protection. I have never seen such quality. I am ready and waiting for the next auction, March 21. Thank you all at Taylor & Harris.

The artwork arrived in very good condition with the buyer. Unfortunetaly the edition number did not match to the number in the description. The packaging was secure on the outside, but rather careless on the inside. Overall a trustworthy auction house.

I appreciate that shipping is done in-house at a reasonable price. Too many auction houses have 3rd party shippers which adds delay to shipping and usually costs more than in-house shipping. Thank you Taylor & Harris for making it so simple.

Great packing. I was a bit confused because LiveAuctioneers said something about contacting the seller about arranging shipping, but what I came to learn is that if you pay for shipping at the time of checkout, no further contact is necessary if you provided all the information. A very positive encounter all the way around.

Extremely happy with the piece but even more happy that they offer in-house shipping. It's a pain and a lot of work to find a 3rd party that won't charge you an arm and a leg just to pick up the item for you, and then ship it. Shipping was very reasonable and I received it in 2 days after payment. Will buy again!
