First Class Operation
This is by far the best valued auction house available. Hammer prices are untouchable and the products are of premium quality. This is a very well run operation and Ken was great to work. This is a first class family operation with exceptional customer service. Look forward to the next auction!

My favorite auction house!
Not the first time I've bought coins from this auction house and definitely not my last! I've gotten really good deals and best of all, they give out discounts on their auction! I've saved money by buying more than 5 items and getting a discounted rate and FREE Shipping! Can't beat that and with low premiums compared to others. Will be following and will be buying more from them.

Good 1st time experience.
Hammer prices seemed realistic (other coin specialty auctions seem to get unreasonably high prices). Shipped coins promptly after check cleared and packaging was very secure. Will watch their future auctions.

pay close attention
bidding goes a million miles an hour and doesn't always follow their established bid increments. I thought I was bidding $22 and ended up buying coins at $28 and $30. no buyers premium, so that's a huge plus.

When you call them they know you by name and their customer service is the best in the industry. Absolutely Honest and that is so rare today. Absolutely Fantastic Auction Company!
I guess I'd think of myself as semi-pro when it comes to auctions and coins. I've been doing this quite awhile. Coins Since 1994 has become by go to auction for a couple reasons. First and foremost, they get great stuff! Ken seems to find consignors with top notch coins and currency. Second, they actually take decent photos. That is one of my pet peeves about auction houses. When there isn't a good photo, I'm likely to not even bid. Ken's crew takes high resolution, detailed photos and you can see exactly what you'll be getting. It's much appreciated. One more point... I've spent a few bucks at this auction house and over that time they've taken the time to get to know me and treat me like a valued customer. That I appreciate most. Chris

over rate the coins descertion and or grading
very dissatisfied in the response to my concerns about there over grading of the coins, When I gave them a low rating they said "if you change your rating we will by the coins back plus 10 %" well I told them I had sent the coins off to PCGS to have them graded and the 1884-S the listed it at AU-58 + came back AU-50!! well below there listing so a potential $500 dollar coin became a $200 dollar coin, below what I paid for it!! If it would of been an AU-58 + it would of been worth my investment and time of submitting it for grading!! So since we did not agree on buying the coins back for the price paid and grading fees they just blacklisted me from there auctions in my opinion the are over grading the coins they put up for auction to make money off the avid collector who is trying to invest in there own future watch out for coin auctions since 1994 they are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TED I'M GONNA GIVE IT TO YOU STRAIGHT WITH THE BARK ON!!! We love most of our customers and enjoy doing business with most of them. You bet I fired you!!! blacklisted as you say. You drove to our office from 3 states away over a year ago and did not like the fact we we were forced to return 3/4 of your coins to you BECAUSE YOUR RESERVES WERE TOO HIGH!!!. After your abhorrent behavior we have been forced to examine our legal options which include, but are not limited to, examining photographs of the hundreds of your "bad deal" coins you purchased before you met us. We were forced to reject 3/4 of your consignment because you were too disagreeable and always seemed to be in a bad mood. At this juncture I'm not saying you have switched the coins you tried to return??? We were not paying attention to these new reviews and when we looked into them you were the only customer who has given us more than 1 bad review. This review now makes 3 bad reviews. No one in my office likes you or finds you pleasant, its like you have a dark cloud over your head or something?? You seem like you would rather make up some negative nonsense rather than solve a problem and move on. You and I made an agreement that included a 100 % refund (only on a few coins you didnt like) and allowed to keep the vast majority of the items you did like......... AND GAVE YOU A 10 % COURTESY CREDIT. Buuuutttttt NOOOOOO! You had to go try and extort extra money from my company. My team and I genuinely appreciate and love many of our 60, 000 + happy customers I have served from my same location since 1994. Many of our customers treat us like friends and family and thats how we treat them as well. We are proud of the fact that I have pushed through over 94, 000 transactions on Live Auctioneers partner ebay and we are excited to be just starting out on Live Auctioneers. On Ebay when a customer does to us what you tried to..... Ebay calls it Feedback Extortion. 1 888 655 (coin) 2646
