The items up for auction were very appealing, the bids are shown and they also show what the buyers fees make the price. Janna is a wonderful emissary for the business-she is nice and kind and does a very efficient job handling transactions and the listings!

Great Auction house!

I was recommended by Broken Arch (BA) to contact Postage Express (PE) after I paid my invoice. The shipper responded w/a quote, & would be picking up my item the same week. I waited & did not hear back from the shipper. BA contacted me to let me know my item was just picked up which was the following week. I was curious to know how the shipper could give me a quote when they never had the item to begin with. I was told by the shipper, Kim@ Postal Express, it's from the (auction listing) measurements, & PE estimated it would be 20 lbs to ship. I was told over the phone, shipping is on a first come, first serve basis & could take up to 6 weeks to ship. PE said the 6 wk time frame was in my invoice from BA. I told PE, a 6 wk wait was not stated in my BA invoice. I was also told by Kim at PE, they did not know when my item would ship because they are working w/4 other auction houses. I told them this is unacceptable. PE told me if I did not like it, they could return the item back to BA, & did not know how my item would be shipped because they are the only shipper, BA deals with. Immediately after my phone conversation, I contacted, BA and the auctioneer, Travis told me to give him a call. He was kind & thoughtful to my situation. He told me that was not true as far as PE being the only shipper they deal with. Travis assured me with an apology, he would take care of it, & not to worry. Well, he defiantly took care it. PE shipping my item a few days later. The only way I knew the item was shipped, is finding the charge from my bank account. I still had to reach out to ask for a tracking number. PE responded quickly, but never apologized. What makes me upset the most about this experience is how the shipper tried to blame the auction house for any fault they caused. The weight was 5 lbs, not 20 as originally quoted. The auctioneer is as professional as they come. He is a proud business owner who cares. Wish I could say the same for the 3rd party shipper, Postal Express.

We purchased a quilt that was described as having no condition except some very minor staining. However, the quilt had multiple uncalled repairs that were not described and were not visible in the photos.

The item description and condition were spot on. The staff were courteous and friendly. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Reliable and honest

This company went out of their way to accommodate some special delivery needs that I had. They were very fast shippers and pleasant to work with. Broken Arch really put the "C" in Customer service. They were very swift and very professional.
