Good day Yishay-We are sorry that you were unhappy with your shipping options and we take your suggestions about our customer service seriously. We will endeavor to improve on all areas! In the meantime, we do always encourage bidders to reach out prior to an auction to consider their options if they are the successful bidder. Most auction houses do have limitations on shipping of some sort. In fact, our Shipping info is listed in the Terms & Conditions. We do not state we will or can ship ALL items from an auction. It states, "IF we are able to ship your purchase a charge for packing and shipping will be included on your invoice. We will also provide you with a list of third party shippers, which you may use if you choose or if you purchase something that Garth's is not able to ship. All international clients will be referred to our third party shippers list as we only ship within the United States." We tried to give you all the flexibility. Thank you.

Additionally, our team gave all assurances that if the object was recovered that you would be our first phone call.
