The auction house does not have a shipping service. I asked the secretary about it. They sent me several options. I had more than one lot, a variety of sizes and GLASS on my items. They ensured me all will be ok. However, It toke a while, actually, but every item arrived well and im happy with the general help on this issue. Highly recommended.

they have lot of items, every saturday they have an auction and you need to catch out the flow of things. It is truly impressive the amount of items they are selling.

Everything is fine with the auctioneer but the shipping company charges are too high.

I've purchased from this auction house a few times and I've never been disappointed with what I've received always got a fair deal.

Excelent service all the way

I have bid on items all over the world. This is one of the only auction houses that have been incredibly honest and helpful. I actually don't know what people are talking about with the shipping. First Auction houses rarely do their own shipping but there is a long list to chose from and I really like Global great to deal with and very accommodating. I don't find the shipping expensive (during covid all prices are higher) I have never had a bad experience only good experiences with them. The payment process could not be easier and you get lots of reminders which is very helpful. The descriptions are excellent as are the pictures. They are is anything very careful not to over sell an item in the description but leave it up to you to decide which is a refreshing change over other auctions. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 50!!

It was my first time bidding on Antique Arena Auction and it was just perfect! I sent a question after the Auction to the auctioneer and they respond immediately. They connected me with the shipping company and I received my lots so fast. It was just easy. Definitely will bid more on future auctions. Thank you, Antique Arena team.

My auction item cost me $115.20 which was a fair price. The shipping cost for the item (roughly 1 pound) was $85! I was very disappointed with this charge, and I think that is just an outrageous charge for such a small item.

Bought a lithograph and that was easy. Picking it up was hard. I finally asked someone nearby to pick it up. Shipping from Brooklyn to Staten Island very difficult if you live in Europe.
