In fact I got a pretty good experience except that they do not offer in house shipping as they mentioned in their initial e-mail. However the shipping offered by the third party was very good.

The auction item was exactly as shown in the photos and description and works great. I chose their in-house shipping (ProPack Shipping) and it was shipped fast and very securely. Communication was A +, too.

After winning the auction, I paid the full amount and was also required to pay $25. Antique Arena Inc. was no help with shipping; they didn't ship the artwork. They recommended a carrier that quoted over $100 for shipping. Meanwhile, I also purchased the same artwork in the US, and the seller, Timberon US, shipped it to me in Bydgoszcz, Poland, for $19.54.

Granted, the auction house is rather close, but still: they were on the ball and got the item out quickly. Quite happy.
