Most important Good communication
On November 30th, after the auction ended, I paid for three diamonds on the same day. Two of the sellers were different auctioneers, and thanks to their kindness and fast shipping, I was able to have the rings set by December 23rd. I was relieved to be able to give them as a Christmas present to my wife. However, this particular auctioneer claimed to have shipped the item but then forgot about it, only sending it on December 31st, and I finally received it today, January 5th. Despite multiple text message exchanges after the payment was made, this auctioneer consistently lied and failed to fulfill their obligations. I do not recommend this auctioneer. Thx.

Fast Shipping
This was my first time bidding on an item and it was a great experience. I was a little nervous, but they were extremely helpful and responsive. My item arrived quickly! I’m very impressed with this company and their customer service.

Do not purchase from this auction house
I had multiple issues with my order and they were incredibly unhelpful. Any time I call for help they say to message and someone will follow up but no one does for weeks. A manager is never available and doesn’t return phone calls. (Only person who can help apparently.) Ultimately, I still have an item that they said I could return and when I had it appraised, it was almost 2ctw less than they advertised. So pissed-don’t make the same mistake as me and don’t give them your money.

Same Diamonds at your local jeweler but 1/2 off
Jack was a pleasure to deal with. Diamonds were delivered with their IGI reports. I bought a jewelers loop and confirmed that the report numbers were lasered on the diamonds themselves. Basically these are the same lab grown diamonds that you’d buy at your local jewelry store. Just at a significant discount. I even took these to local jewelers to discuss mounts. They all wanted to know where I bought them from. Money well spent. As an added plus, the wife's representative is back in town for a little while!

Great diamonds
Jack was a pleasure to deal with. Diamonds were delivered with their IGI reports. I bought a jewelers loop and confirmed that the report numbers were lasered on the diamonds themselves. Basically these are the same lab grown diamonds that you’d buy at your local jewelry store. Just at a significant discount. I even took these to local jewelers to discuss mounts. They all wanted to know where I bought them from. Money well spent. As an added plus, the wife won’t leave me alone now!

Pictures do not accurately depict the item that is received
I bid on a diamond ring. Once received and inspected I immediately noticed the picture on the site I bid on was totally different than the ring I received. I reached out and voiced my concerns only to be told I was wrong and they took pictures of what was shipped to me and the pictures were the same as what was listed on the auction. I took a picture of what was received and a screenshot of what they had listed on their auction and send both to them. All communication stopped. I asked for a refund. All communication stopped. I asked for this to be escalated as I had made a large investment on an item that was not accurate. All communication stopped. I will never do business with this company again. Not to mention the fees are astronomical! Bad business all the way around.

This customer first claimed that we did not state this item was lab grown. Here is the title: 1.07 Ctw VS/SI1 Diamond 10K White Gold Engagement Ring (ALL DIAMOND ARE LAB GROWN). Then the customer claimed we sent a 6 prong. After we disproved this, the customer then claimed the way the prong were set are not correct to the picture. The customer has continually sent new complaints trying to force us to refund on things that just are not true. Now the customer is negatively trying to affect our company by stating that we did not address her concerns. We have been completely responsive to her every complaint. Every single complaint that she has brought up has been responded to within 24 hours. The fees are shown up front which is the 20 % premium. We are not sure how something that is clearly stated prior to entering the auction is now a cause for concern. We try to be as responsive and if there is any genuine issue we handle this right away, the customer has changed the reason fro her complaint three times now.

Beware
Please don’t waste your money. Worst customer service and worst quality. I am really disappointed with the price and wated my hard earned money. They charged me $175 for shipping and still haven’t received my order. Beware!

We shipped out your item on 11-21:1Z2FX858DA ********** 1 It was delayed at customs, this is through no fault of our own. The shipping costs for International Shipping is not cheap and we send with full insurance. We always allow the option for the customer to send the label for which there is no charge. We apologize however for the delay that UPS undertook. The package had an attempted delivery and they will try to do so once again.

There was an error in the description. The picture was white gold and our listing mistakenly stated yellow gold. We sent you the white gold pair. When you stated you wanted yellow gold, we immediately sent you a return label and have shipped out the yellow gold version of these earrings. We apologize for the issue but we have taken every action to rectify this immediately in good faith.

Switched Item at last minute
Bought a 2020 Silver Eagle NGC MS70. A few weeks went by and I had to contact the auction house. They said they were having trouble with the 2020 because the container was cracked. They substituted a 2019. Since I already had a 2019 its kind of a waste of time on my part. I probably should have told them to just cancel the order and refund it. I wouldn't buy from them again. The gentleman on the phone who reached me claimed he was trying to get in touch with me and everything "just went to voicemail" but he could have reached out through liveauctioneers just as I did. Overall poor experience

Seller did not have what was described in auction. Tried to switch to different shape and quality
I won an IGI certified asscher 5ct lab diamond, paid for it and seller was supposed to ship. After a week with no shipping notice, I contacted seller and was told they don't have the item, and asked if would accept a different shape stone and/or different grade/color/size. I explained I was only after the asscher cut and would not accept another shape. I was also told I would get a full refund if I would not accept something different. I did not agree to something different, and still no refund. I have called and left another message. I wonder if other people have experienced the same bait and switch process with this seller? I have been an online auction buyer for many years, and only had one other auction house do this type of thing.

Hi Nicole. We completely understand your situation. There was an issue with your original winning item so we were trying to make it right. We offer the different fancy shape and you told us no. We understood this and told you we would give you a call back with the same color/clarity grade and shape of your stone. We called you back and you were busy at the time and asked us to call back later which we did. Unfortunately we reached your voicemail and did try giving you a call a few times the past few days. There is no bait and switch and we will give the color/quality/shape given. We also offered a full refund as well to you should you so choose. Luckily we were able to speak with you just now and have sent a stone of the same color/clarity and shape with a discount for your troubles. Great company, great items 10/10
I won 2 items and had never purchased through them before. I was nervous and reached out a few times. Every time I did they quickly got back to me to answer any questions or concerns. The shipping was 2 day and had a signature required for extra security. The items were exactly as they were shown when they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised and they were well packaged. I will buy from them again and know that I will have a good customer experience

Follow up on shipping
Overall, a very good company and I have no complaints. Unlike some, they quickly answer questions and don't charge extra to use a credit card.

Alas, poor quality gems used, lack of quality starkly visible to the eye, not in the picture
Strong buyer's remorse after unpacking earrings. They are lowest quality gem, the center stone looks, to quote a qualified gem expert, "as if somone iceskated over it", it is full of scratches, dull, the color dull. I cannot even resell it with a good conscience. I asked the auction house to take it back but obtained no response.

Thieves and Liars
The picture I based my purchase was inaccurate. They didn't answer emails always in a timely manner. They said I didn't tell them I was returning but I have the communication to prove it. They charged a 40 % restocking fee. Which is outrageous. I told to send it back so I wouldn't pay that much for nothing. Didn't hear from them. Similar stories from other buyers. HORRIBLE!
