Your 2 star review is unfortunate given that you sent me an email two weeks AFTER the auction indicating that you had found the invoice in your spam folder. We were patient with your payment delay, and shipped quickly once we received payment. We were responsive to your calls and emails. Your dissatisfaction with the items that were fully photographed before you purchased them was not disclosed to me until today, when I called you after this review was left, to ask what we could have done better. You received the items 10 days ago. Additionally, your comment that "no one ever takes items back or makes things right" was directed at prior experiences with auction firms unrelated to me. As you said, you never even called me to discuss your items after you received them. It is unfortunate, but it seems that you are taking out many other bad experiences with auction houses online with a bad review of me without allowing me or my team to demonstrate the kind of customer-first customer service we exercise.
