Quick response to email questions. If auction house doesn't make effort to respond, I don't bid. The lot I bought was beautiful and in good condition as I was told. Shipping price was high. Will bid with them again

Fool Me Once......
Bought a NW G & C Powder Jar. About 5 "by 3" or so and weighs about 8oz. I'm a small dealer and ship 500 + packages/year. I know boxing and shipping costs. When I received a 10x10x10 box through Fed Ex, I weighed it-2 # s exactly. Checked USPS Priority Mail with $75 insurance added. Cost was $13.90. What was I charged for the package I received, you ask.......... $42.00. I'm not making that up folks..... $42.00 to ship 1 tiny piece. And now, guess who is going to take a fairly nice loss on re-sale. Not asking for sympathy-I'm just warning you to be VERY CAREFUL if you are bidding with this auction house. There won't be any "fool me twice"! Peace!

Communication
While the item finally arrived in good condition, communication with this auction house is very difficult. DO NOT rely on email or messaging through Live. They told me after the fact "we don't use that format" even though I bought it on Live. I had to call several times to make payment. I was told it was shipped when it was not and had to follow up yet again. Was beginning to think they were just a scam.
