BAD customer service. SLOW to respond. The customer is NOT right.
Dec 29: First auction. $20. PAID immediately. Sent email to notify. NO RESPONSE. Jan 5: Second auction. $347. Wait to pay until deadline. Jan 6: They open DISPUTE for first auction for non-payment. "After us spending almost 2 hrs looking for your payment". They found it tho, but blamed me, "you could've just said (paid by) paypal and it would've made both of our lives much easier". Only two methods of payment, why is this so challenging? And, why is anything in THEIR process MY fault? Jan 8: Sent message asking if DISPUTE had a negative impact on my account. NO RESPONSE. Jan 11: PAID second auction. Sent detailed email and message to notify to be even more helpful. NO RESPONSE. Jan 15: Sent message, "Follow up to my previous two emails on the 8th and 11th". NO RESPONSE. Jan 16: Finally, .. you have no disputes on your account... you have a 100 % payment rating so there should be no issues with you registering for any auctions". They confirmed they had my money and all was good. AND no disputes on my account? cool. Jan 18: Tried to register for next auction. REGISTRATION DECLINED. Sent "I've tried to register for your next auction and it says I've been declined". NO RESPONSE. Jan 20: They open DISPUTE for second auction for non-payment. I message, "Are you SERIOUSLY opening up another dispute?????" Jan 20: At 3:43pm "If your referring to the Jan 5th auction we dealt with this last week". NO I'M NOT, I just received an email notification/says on payment page. Didn't believe me. I sent them screenshots. Didn't believe me. Jan 20: At 3:51pm account suddenly marked 'PAID', and the second DISPUTE cleared. Didn't matter, damage done. CONTINUED to tell me I was wrong despite that I included screenshots and message text. They end with "I can refund you your money and we will keep the items. You seem to be trying to prove a point that doesn't exist and frankly we have spent too much time on this." They cancelled and refunded. Subsequent messages NO RESPONSE.

Beware of This Auction House
Comics had many more flaws than pictured. Spider-man 67 has 9.4/9.6 listed. Received was about 6.5/7.0 with a foreign substance and wear all over (not pictured, photo possibly altered). A loss of about $250. Auctioneer blew me off after finally reaching him. Seems ok with misleading people to increase profits.

Complete scam
There terms clearly state that they will use the credit card on file used to register then send email after email asking you to send cc info to random email. Sorry not going to happen fallow your own terms or change them.

Not Everything was Sent
I didn’t receive one of the items that I ordered and I tried calling and emailing for weeks without any response from the company. I finally reached Sean by phone and as soon as I explained my situation of not receiving one item, he hung up on me. Avoid this auction house, they are dishonest.

Scam and liars
This item i was so excited about winning, now after waiting forever to recieve the item, they say it was delivered along with other items i have not recieved from another auction. I have done good business with this auction house and all had been well until now. But this is alot of money spent with them trying to say that the items are delivered. I have asked multiple times for someone to call me to sort this out, but nothing. very disappointed. i have just completed another auction with them for multiple items but feel this maybe my last time bidding with them. Think carefully before going anywhere near Great Canadian Auctions!!!!!!

not delivered.
I was intitially told that the item was being returned to Great Canadian Auction House and that once they got the items back they would resend them to me. However i have reached out multiple times now asking for an update and tracking number for this and another invoice that im still waiting to recieve and have had no response. I message them also with my phone number asking for a call and as of yet have still not recieved the call. This Auction house is normally very very good, but i have to say these last transactions have been very disappointing.

Great Canadian Auctions is a SCAM!!!! Live Auctioneers is a SCAM!!!! Do not order from them. I ordered items for birthday gifts in late September. Throughout the coarse of over 4 weeks they would not send me shipping information. They said the reasons it is taking longer than expected is because of tariffs and a strike goin on in Canada. That is a lie. They charged me for the order and tariffs the day after I placed the order. I told them I want a refund. They said they would send me a refund that it would take 3-5 business days to process. That was in early November. It is now December 19th and I have still not received a refund. They stopped responding to my emails. The Live Auctioneers customer support has been no help. They will lie to you and say there is nothing they can do since the payment was processed through a 3rd party. They will drag you along and come up with excuses. The order was placed through the Live Auctioneers website. We will see how the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. If this is still not resolved, I will travel to New York and file a lawsuit in small claims court. Almost 3 months and no progress.

DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE SAME ITEM THAT YOU BID ON/PURCHASED
My package had the incorrect address. I was fortunate to be able to find my package at a neighbor's home. They had taken it in and opened it thinking it was for them. Lucky for me, they are honest and kind people and had kept the package. The most disappointing and disturbing part of the shipment was the fact that the jersey that I had bid on and purchased was not the one that I received. If I had been notified after my purchase and given other options including a return or credit of my funds, then that would have demonstrated a professional company and communication. Buyer beware!

2auctions with this co. 5/26 & 6/9, first one they called me a liar, until they realized they sent to wrong address, so I had my bank pull money on both auctions since they have little to no response on inquiries on where my items are, to which they disclosed the address sent for which I drove to and retrieved my items, then I paid them, with never an apology just nothing and they let these disputes posted, so I just got declined an auction registration for this mess, I most blame live auctioneers for this since they let any crooked con sell and continue to do so, so be careful and read reviews because only you have your own back, I have 636 wins on the site some one item, most more, some over 20, but this house is one of the worst and if they won't acknowledge my honesty I will call them on theirs, BUYER BEWARE

I won two auctions. One in August and one Sept 1. Paid the auctions immediately using their system which is sus to say at best. I sent them emails to let them know auctions were paid. No response from either. I have sent follow ups as I have NEVER heard from anyone regarding my stuff. It is now Sept 20 and nothing has been sent!!! I will repeat one auction has been a month since it finished and was paid with nothing received or any acknowledgment of emails of payment. Horrible place. There is ZERO excuse for this. If I said this is one auction, ok things happen. Two auctions on separate occasions weeks apart? No this is how they do business. Know these problems going in. Only then you won’t be disappointed.
