I couldn't be happier with the quality of the ring I purchased. It's even more gorgeous in person. Purchasing and shipping was seamless. While it took awhile to receive, I was updated with DHL notifications throughout the customs clearance process and had no issues at all. I would absolutely order from Etrusca again with confidence.

I bought a beautiful fob and chain and was really looking forward to receiving the items and being able to wear them. We had a little hiccup as DHL don't deliver to the North of Ireland, but once a different courier was suggested by Etrusca, the items arrived super quick and well packaged. The jewellery is as beautiful as I thought it would be. It is exactly as photographed and described, so I am very happy with Etrusca Auctions.

Etrusca has very unique pieces. I bought a beautiful gold and emerald ring and it is a lovely piece of jewellery. I'm very happy with the service and items from Etrusca and have gone back and purchased a second time from them.

I have purchased extensively from this auction house for more than a year with good experiences. However, I have had a ridiculous experience recently. I won a ring listed as 18K gold in both the title and the description. When I received it and took it for appraisal, I was told it was 12K gold. I took it to be evaluated a second time by a $30K piece of equipment. Confirmed a second time as 12K gold. I contacted them and was initially told they would look into it and get back to me the same day. They didn’t. I followed up a few days later and was eventually asked what I would like in order to resolve the problem. I asked for a partial refund to account for the discrepancy in the listing. No response. It’s now been well over a month of radio silence despite several emails from me trying to follow up and find a solution. I’m truly disappointed to have to quit bidding with this auction house because when things go well, they’ve been great. But dozens of purchases later, they can’t be bothered to help me or rectify their error. Buyers beware.

I paid over a year ago and still haven't received the item. When contacted they don't reply.

They responded promptly, kindly and thoroughly to my questions. In house shipping over seas was exceptional. I had my bracelet within days. I couldn’t be more pleased with the transaction.

Finally, I got the refund. Not from the seller but from my credit card company. The jade ring is very different from the description. Repaired, cracked, different color. But the seller refused to return the ring.

Etrusca’s descriptions were accurate. Pictures were clear. Invoicing was quick and informative. Shipping was wonderfully fast. An asset seller for Invaluable and the auction world.

Good auction house

I've purchased from this auction house before and they were very slow to communicate and ship, but did end up shipping. Unfortunately this time it has been about a month since paying for my item, and still no reply to any of my emails or messages. Very disappointed.

Dealing with Auction Zero was frustrating and worrying. Once I paid my invoice, I sent multiple emails over a 2 + week period when my item failed to arrive and I hadn't heard from Auction Zero. I politely asked for shipment details and a tracking number. I never got a response from Auction Zero-nothing. 25 days after payment, I finally received an email from the shipper, saying the package had been dropped off. Customers should be treated with respect and proper communication is one way to do that. Very disappointed with Auction Zero.

Bought a 8ct blue sapphire ring recently, requested video and pictures from auction house before auction, none of them showed the heavy surface reaching inclusions at all, nor did they mention anything in item description. Feel like heartbroken when I actually saw the ring, contacted auction house right away, but they refuse to take return or do any refund. This is one of the worst online shopping nightmare u can imaging.

I bought a piece of jewelry from an online auction at Auction Zero & I was very impressed with their services... start to finish. The invoice arrived quickly, payment was so easy & best of all, they took care of the shipping which made for ONE payment. They also introduced me to the payment choice of TransferWise since I was making an International payment. Wow, TransferWise is better than PayPal with less fees! The only issue I had was getting my tracking number but that was only the fault of DHL. However, Auction Zero remedied the issue right away. Another great thing was that my piece of jewelry was absolutely clean & ready to wear. That was a huge & welcome surprise. Auction Zero was quick to help, always kind & professional & I look forward to attending more of their auctions. I wish them much success and encourage everyone to give them a try. You will be just as pleased.

I was a bit nervous about wire payment, so I contacted Auction Zero by email and by phone. They were * extremely * responsive and made sure I was 100 % confident before paying. They shipped the item via DHL the next day, and it arrived very quickly. It was impeccably packaged and exactly as described.
