Ararity Auctions Are who should trust. Extreme Integrity!

Excellent!

I was amazed when I went to pick up my item. It is a map of Italy dated 1745. I had been looking for a map like this for several years and always lost out at auction. So I was thrilled to prevail in this Ararity auction. I did not expect perfection in this old map and was amazed at the quality when I picked up the map. I was told they just take a snapshot and don't do extensive photography. That meant that my map looked much better when I actually saw it in real life. I say this because this auctioneer may be well worth taking a chance. They were also pleasant to deal with overall.

I am happy with my lots. These folks did a great job and were very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Ararity Auctions.

Great packing

The auction house made it very smooth and easy to complete the process after the beds were in and was extremely happy with the quality of the lots which were purchased as they were accurately described so there weren’t any surprises.

I was the high bidder for two lovely Chinese garden stools in the November auction. I went to Ararity Auctions 'warehouse location in Lorton myself to pick them up and had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Wolfgang. They were so helpful in giving me some background information about their auctions and the best way to participate in them. I also had the chance to examine an unsold lot from their previous auction, which was ideal since it allowed me to see it clearly. They don't have the space to allow for a preview before the auction, but they did indicate that it might be possible in the future. The garden stools were much nicer in person than in the pictures, so I was delighted to have bought them! The auctions are held on a Sunday evening, making for a cozy experience from the comfort of your home. I look forward to participating in Ararity's next auction!

The bowl is gorgeous & the price was terrific. Service was also outstanding. There's the possibility this is New England flint based on the color and ring (I've not chemical tested) but I certainly am not complaining about this beautiful addition to our collection. Thanks, guys!

My first time bidding with them. All went smoothly. All three puchased items were as described. The shipping people consulted me about shipping a potentially fragile item, which I greatly appreciated. The packing and shipping was a little on the pricey side but the item got here safely and it was worth the time and money for the extra care in packing. I would be pleased to work with them again.

Love my items except some items were mislabeled and boxes contained used and different items. They were all worth the money even if there were a few mistakes. Buying parts at auction is somewhat of a gamble. This has happened to me a half dozen times already. know the risks and stay happy.

Very smooth experience working with this auction house. Billing and payments, shipping, all well done. Very pleased with the whole process.

Item received was in worse condition than expected. Pictures were from a distance and did not adequately show scratches and chips in veneer. Other auctions take photos of defects so buyer knows full condition. Additionally, this auction has has no in-house shipping and no relationships with shippers that can ship furniture for a reasonable price (less than 2x the auction close price). If you are buying small items this may not be a concern, but furniture buyers may need to be aware that they will need to either pick up in person or pay an exorbitant amount.

Pictures of item were very accurate. Item arrived just as purchased. Ararity’s referred shippers did a great job of keeping me informed and the packing job was so good it took me about 30 minutes just to get it unwrapped! Thanks for a good experience.
