After a recent problem with a different auction house (cheffins) price gouging on pickup and shipping, it was a relief and a pleasure to deal with Willow-polite and helpful in communication and prompt service and reasonable fees for arranging shipping. Best Shipping Service Ever
I planned to pick up my item, but had to call and ask for it to be shipped. I spoke to Willow at noon on a Monday, and my item was delivered Tuesday. Amazing service!
