My experience was wonderful, the accuracy of their items was on spot, and they were very helpful with questions I had. Definately would purchase from them again in the future!

Items as described!

I don't think they are a bad company. I think I just happened to bid in their auction at a bad time-they were in the process of moving to a new location, which resulted in some chaos. They kept saying they hadn't received my payment, but they would check on it and get back to me. I would wait for a week and call them again. This went on for two months. I had to go to the Post Office and have them trace the money order I had sent for payment. Then I was charged $63 for shipping from KY to SC.

Exceptional in EVERY way. First class outfit, excellent communication and service. Packaging and shipping costs were very fair and honest, bundling two purchases together saving me shipping fees. This being my second purchase from Lewis & Grant, it will not be my last.

After first email response the following 2 emails left unanswered. Tried to charge $82 for shipping of a 5 once antique pocket revolver. Its been 3 weeks, the item shows pending shipment, tracking number has been showing that for the last week the item still hasnt been transfered to UPS

Lewis and Grant is an excellent auction service. Their item descriptions are extremely accurate as to condition/authenticity, and their invoicing, payment processing, and shipping are first rate.

Lewis and Grant Auctions did a great job handling the items I purchased. When another auction comes up I know my items will be handled with care.

My questions were answered promptly. In house shipping was reasonable and made everything easy. Packing was superb.

I won 2 old umbrella stands for just $25, plus buyer premium. The in house shipping charges were reasonable. The initial email invoice did not have a link to a payment site, so I contacted them. They were responsive and sent me a link, though it took them a week to send it after I called them again. I paid the invoice and waited. Within less than 2 weeks after the auction closed, I received the merchandise. It was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would gladly buy from Lewis & Grant again.
