The items sold are NOT photos of the actual item but stock pictures. The checkout process is fine, yet the delivery of the won goods takes a very long time (3-4 weeks and longer) considering the Auctions I have been bidding on are all in the US. I can only imagine. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the shipping times.

The auction was May 27th and I have still not received my single small lot. So it has been 2 1/2 weeks. They self ship and it takes too long.

Good customer service, item listed as gold filled when it was gold plated, and somewhat slow to ship. I am, however, satisfied with my purchase.

They auction house needs professional staff who will handle queries. I finally did not buy anything as they were not able to provide a clean invoice for what I bid.

The processing fee for each item is $3. My last win with this company was $40. My bill was $86. That's $46 for processing fee, buyers premium, credit card fee, and shipping. I think this is a little extreme and I therefore will not bid on this site again. Also, each time I bid on this live auction, I was the only bidder.... This seems very strange.

They are in the process of moving warehouses which I could have sympathy for if not for the fact that they likely knew they were moving well in advance of the auction. I bought these items assuming 10-12 days shipping and it will now be much longer than that. I left messages for three days straight when I didn't hear from them for over a week about when the items would ship. I did get an email and then a phone call on the 4th day after leaving messages. I appreciate that they finally got back to me, but not the three days I had to sweat it out wondering where my $4, 397 in purchases were or if this auction house had pulled a fast one on me. As to the moving of warehouses, I just feel if you are going to have the auction then have a plan for the items to be ready to be shipped right after the auction. Loading my items first onto a truck to be moved to a new location and THEN shipped is not in my opinion a very good plan. I originally purchased the items the first week of April. It looks like I will not actually receive them until the 2nd or possibly 3rd week of May. I'm not thrilled about this turn of events and I would not buy from this firm again.

could improve the cheapest shipping costs to Europe. Be faster in shipments. For I bought two articles and I have not received anything home.

It might be my computer system, but in two successful bid experiences, I got a message that said "cross scripting" is preventing your payment. I called Pacific and we handled it verbally both times, quickly. I have no idea what cross scripting is.

I won around 10 money note in sold for mint condition-a couple were not mint. The thing that got to me was not one number married up to the auction number on the notes. Needless to say 2 had bent corners & dirty marks. Have written back to the manager-don't expect a reply.

I won this item-Dear Margaret, Congratulations! You won 1.69ct Lustrous Pear Green Tourmaline sold by American Pacific Auctions in the auction HUGE OPENING BID PRICE CUTS-MANY LOTS $1 no R 1.69ct Lustrous Pear Green Tourmaline-but never received it-only got a credit (actually I haven't checked was so angry.) I asked why it was not in my order & was told by the manager that they couldn't find it. Not good enough-if you can't supply then don't list the item.

I had written a note after the purchase describing my disappointment with the exorbitant shipping & "handling fee for two rolls of pennies. It cost more than what I paid for a roll! I felt ripped off. You should be clear and up front regarding your shipping charges so the consumer knows what the actual cost is PRIOR to bidding. Other sites have a shipping calculator upfront!

Yes, I still haven't received my purchases. They were paid for several weeks ago. I have called several times and each time told to wait a few days. I wait and hear nothing. Then I'm told my purchases are on the way from Hawaii and would arrive in Las Vegas by 3/25 and then I'd hear something. Nothing. I'd like my money back at this point.

I found them to be very professional. There is one thing that I would like to interject however, in the off chance that a persons bid is unable to be paid for in the time allotted because of the invoice process, they should not be placed into a category where they can't bid on other auctions. This has happened to me in several auction houses and presently I cannot bid on any auction because of lack of ability to pay on line. With this auction house they still have not removed me from the list.

I received item "552" but I won item "551". It was now sold by American Pacific Auction, but the package was sent by Western Asset Reseve-Bill Hancock. I saw also on the internet, that there are a lot of claims again Western Asset Reserve. I had a dispute last year with them, also for a wrong sendet item. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE-NO MORE

Items where as advertised. No surprises. And customer service was awesome! They where very helpful, friendly and answered my questions. They offered combined shipping for my items! Will continue to do business with them!!!

The representative was rude, unaccomodating, and I felt dirty and ripped off by the fact that they "claim" to offer an option in shipping and insurance and yet still demanded and insisted that I pay for their 3rd party insurance for which they never showed me proof, even though the USPS Priority insurance of $50 more than covered the cost of my purchase. In the end I paid 50 % more on top of the purchase price for shipping and handling. I begged and pleaded with the rep to be reasonable, and it was as though I was talking to a brick wall.

Am dealing with American Pacific auctions. They state their standard is to ship product 2 weeks after payment received. then ship via usps standard flat rate another 5-7 business days. Auction was 10/12 payment cleared 10/17. They are trying to ship by 11/6. hopefully receive 11/13. This is way too long to have to wait for product. I will not visit one of their auctions again. I do not remember reading this on the auction house page. They need to make this known before bidding.

My attempts at credit card remittance was trying, with three different cards rejected as apropos to payment. Subsequently, contact with a human being occurred only after my calling on a day specified as a workday by your auction house, but left leaving a message. Subsequently, a helpful woman called, and only then were payment matters resolved. As to how I paid, it was by utilizing PayPal, this when PayPal utilizes a credit card whose use was otherwise rejected by the auctioneer's payment system. Finally, the acquired item was received by me approximately ten to eleven days after payment. Until receipt today, I was apprehensive as to receipt of the item because of delay, no information as to delivery having been received by me.

The customer service from their rep Bonnie was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the US Postal Service is not as good and lost the package. I have purchased from this Auction House on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the quality of their goods but I cannot vouch for this specific auction as I never saw the goods.

The item I bought had to be paid for within 24 hours but it took more than two weeks to pack and send.... Secondly the fossil I bought is a fake... It is two fossils joined together to make it look like one. The photo that was shown in the auction was carefully taken to show a smooth transition at the joint of the two parts.... I am very dissappointed...
