if you buy itemj with psa beckett or jsa is only stamp not with Certificate of authentification.
Everuytyhing was fine customer service perfect but sadly when you buy a Beckett PSA or JSA item they only send with the stamp not with the certificate of authentification. put an eye guys on it CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT AND perfect comunnication just only problem is this, and well for me had soem troubles with UPS because they didnt send the price of item. so needed to make a whole contacting people evryuwhere but item arrived perfectly!

I can only say good things.. First and foremost you actually get the items that you pay for.. Unlike Miami Art Dealers (Rip of Company). Also excellent condition.. Packaged with care. Expedited shipping. Definitely auction house to trust. Will purchase from them again.

Easy to pay and arrange shipping but beware fees
Shipping plus "handling" fees are quite alot! With 25 % commission I'm not sure why they should add another 10-15 % handling on a small piece of jewelry

I'm very happy with this beautiful Louis Vuitton Epi Bag. It's just as described and shown in the pictures and I've been wearing it every day since I got it. Mynt Auctions were very helpful and I'll definitely bid on their items again.

Tear Inside purse
Very disappointed, no shipping options (very expensive $110) plus duty. Received bag with small tear on Inside fabric. Will not purchase through these auctions again.

Would you please email Support@myntauctions.com with pictures of the tear you are referring to? Once we receive those pictures we will compare them to the original listing and description of the item you bid on and won. If it is determined that the tear was not disclosed properly then we would be able to offer you the following options: 1. You can keep the item and we will credit you $50 towards your MYNT account. 2. You can send the item back to us for a full credit towards any other MYNT auction. 3. We can allow you a one time courtesy to return the item for a comparable replacement in better condition. We ship using a 3rd party company so we have no control over the rates that are provided to ship items internationally. We also have no impact on the duties that are charged when an item goes through customs. Not a physical Auction House
Really surprised and disappointed to find that the item I was bidding on (and won) was simultaneously far sale on ebay and that the item was in Japan whilst the auction house are in the USA. I want to buy from an auction house who have physical possession of the items for sale, have examined them and offer descriptions based upon their personal and professional experience. Might as well use Ebay! Will never bid with this auction house again.

Sold the item to someone else three weeks after I paid for it.
Unethical company mislead the sale-saying they were shipping it to me for three weeks-only to learn that they had my money for three weeks before telling me they sold the item to someone else and never intended to ship it to me.

MYNT utilizes Virtual Consignment ™ for many items listed in our auctions. The item that you bid on and won, was on consignment with us. Our intentions were nothing short of receiving the item you won from our consignor, and then shipping it out to you within our guidelines. The email you are referring to is automatically generated when an item has not been shipped within 8 business days after receiving payment for your item. When this email went was sent it also generated a follow up email request to the consignor asking for an update on when the item could be expected to reach our fulfilment center. It was at that time that MYNT auctions was notified that the item you won was sold on another platform that the consignor (not MYNT) lists their items on. Again, we apologize about this happening and we completely understand the frustrations behind it as we share the same feelings. In any instance when an item is sold on another platform the consignor lists on, we always offer to replace the item with an exact replacement and/or an upgrade to the initial item you bid on and won. We do show this option was offered to you, but it may have been to late to rectify the situation. Item Auctioned was ordered POST Auction!!
Still have not even received tracking 3 weeks after I paid. Requested a REFUND or TRACKING, and still have not gotten either one. When I called, they asked for another week for the item they ordered to arrive.

Deceptive description took 2 weeks to ship.
Bought what was supposed to be an Authentic roll of average circulation Liberty Halves. Image in auction showed a sealed roll. I received a clear tube of below average about 50 % cull coins. It also took them 2 weeks to ship and had to ask repeatedly. Where is my actual "Authentic roll of coins like what was pictured? I would not do business with again.
