I put 1100 miles on my vehicle to pick up my items. The art storage company, unfortunately, loaded the incorrect item. This error was discovered when I returned home. I promptly notified both the auction house and the art storage company. They both responded promptly and professionally. Within a week, the storage company delivered my items to my doorstop. If adversity is the test of management, it is also the test of SERVICE. Both the auction house and the storage company deserve my highest praise. John

Great auction
slow down on charging our credit cards give us a few hours at least after sending invoices, otherwise very happy and look forward to the next one

Minimal information
Information given on the item was inaccurate. They stated it to be an original period piece when in fact it was a high end reproduction and shipping is outrageous they use an outside company.
