professional service

I put 1100 miles on my vehicle to pick up my items. The art storage company, unfortunately, loaded the incorrect item. This error was discovered when I returned home. I promptly notified both the auction house and the art storage company. They both responded promptly and professionally. Within a week, the storage company delivered my items to my doorstop. If adversity is the test of management, it is also the test of SERVICE. Both the auction house and the storage company deserve my highest praise. John

Great auction

slow down on charging our credit cards give us a few hours at least after sending invoices, otherwise very happy and look forward to the next one

the size was not mentioned and I paid almost $300 including $70 to ship a tiny ball that opened into a tshirt. size and scale information was left out... yet again. The 1st time I won a bid with you, I left the oversized, what turned out to be a fake amber rat, in the park... someone must have been happy to find it. No where in the description did it say amber colored plastic. You have smart nice people worrying there... so I don't know why my experience was terrible, twice. But no more.
