I totally missed read about shipping my order.
I totally missed read about shipping my order. I contacted Claire, she understood my delimma and took care of finding my ear rings. (They were not for me BTW, they were for my wife, in case you were wondering.) Claire shipped them FedEx and she got them in time to go on a business trip. Plus our cat like the blue box the came in)

Expectations were set by Elbert Gallery, but they were not met.
Elbert Gallery ask if item is needed by specific date, otherwise it is stated 15 days after payment. That did not happen with me. It took 28 days to drop off at a CVS Pharmacy for pick up the following Monday. The package was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday, but was delayed until Thursday by FedEx. Which was simply left on my front porch without a signature. Not what I would expect for $50.00 shipping charge.

February is one of our busiest periods each year, and while we always strive to meet our customers 'expectations, we understand that we fell short in this instance. According to FedEx records, your package was originally scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, the 25th. However, due to an unforeseen issue where the barcode label became unreadable during transit and required replacement, the delivery was delayed until Thursday, the 27th. This was an exceptional circumstance that was beyond our control. To ensure the safety of your shipment, we require FedEx to obtain an adult signature upon delivery, as this is necessary for the insurance coverage we provide. We were unaware that your package was delivered without a signature, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. We will address this issue with FedEx to ensure it does not happen again. While the process was not as smooth as we would have hoped, we are relieved to know that the package arrived before March 1st. We truly hope this provides some consolation, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Over a month to ship!
I purchased earrings as a Valentine present for my wife. They will not arrive on time. I was told it will take over a total of a month to ship them out. I ask them to expedite the shipment. This request was rejected. I have purchased from other auction houses, even in Europe and received the items promptly. If they had a warning that it would take a month I would have purchased from someone else.

If you have concerns about doing business with Elbert Gallery, don't. This was the best experience I have ever had with any business. Beautiful, simple appearing ring that sparkles
Ring is beautiful. Wife loves it. This time the package was delayed three days and I assume it was because the package was damaged. The ring was not damaged. So the packaging worked protecting the ring. Overall we are very satisfied.

BEWARE-POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have tried to resolve my issue with Elbert Gallery privately to avoid leaving this review. The ring that I purchased was listed as a Padparadscha Sapphire. The ring came with a gem report from a company called Gem Research Center in Thailand, which is not a reputable gem lab. The GRC report was missing the following vital information: carat weight, measurements, variety, country of origin, and (heat) treatment. Nothing from the report can confirm the information described in the auction listing. I raised these concerns with Elbert Gallery and was told that despite the questionable gem report and my dissatisfaction with the stone's quality, I must provide proof from a reputable gem lab (GIA, AGL, AGS, GUILD, or IGI) that the stone is not a Padparadscha. My only option now is to spend the money for the GIA report and wait the two weeks, but I have no guarantee from EG that my money will be refunded even with that proof. What a grift.

What we provide is a finished product certificate, the GRC laboratory certificate ensures that it is a padparadscha sapphire, and the only origin of this gemstone is Sri Lanka. As for the frosted effect of the ring setting you mentioned, it is a common sandblasting process in jewelry making. The material is 14K gold. According to our inspection and photo archive before shipment, it is proved that the ring is completely consistent with the description in the picture. Your accusation has no basis. Unless you can provide a more authoritative report to prove it, we will not accept such unreasonable and irresponsible comments.

A chip in the stone was found by an Internal inspection prior to shipping and several options were presented to rectify the problem. Throughout the process the gallery rep was communicative and driven to please. Received the item ahead of the scheduled delivery date and it exceeded my expectations. Thanks again!

The Diamond Necklaces were perfect and just as described. My only problem was the delivery time.
Products were as advertised. These items are evidently not in inventory though. Shipping can occur up to 15 business days after payment is received. Also, they are shipped via USPS on snail mail. I did not a response offering to pay for expedited shipping as I needed these items for my wife's birthday. I will only bid in future on any items that I for sure will not need within 2 months.

Communication was good
The communication was good but I have to say, it was advertised as 6 carats and looked way more yellow which is good for canary in the picture... It came as 5 Cts plus but I have yet to take it to a jeweler.. the color was very pale compared to the picture.. It is still pretty!
