Terms of Sale 1. All items are sold as is. Ron Rhoads Auctioneer holds no warranty to descriptions, statements, made by the auctioneer or the internet catalog. There are no guarantees of any kind with respect to size, provenance, condition, or value of any item. Our written descriptions are our expressed opinions only. All measurements and weights are approximate. Using the term good does not imply that the item is free from wear, and tear or other signs of aging. If imperfections are evident every effort will be given to describe any problems in condition report. All announcements made the day of Auction take precedent over previous announcements. 2. There will be no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 3. Your bid is your contract to buy. The highest bidder is the buyer. Please check and question any item carefully prior to bidding. Once an item has been purchased it is the responsibility of the buyer. Ron Rhoads Auctioneer is not liable for lost or stolen items. 4. All disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the final decision. 5. Ron Rhoads Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are not of fair market value or not in the best interest to the consignor. 6. For those in attendance payment by personal check must be verified with Ron Rhoads Auctioneer. 7. There will be a 18% Buyers Premium in House , Internet Premium 21% 8.All Shipping will be by the UPS Store Pottstown Pa. 88 Glocker Way, Pottstown, Pa. 19465, Phone number 610-718-0547, email, store4880@theupsstore.com. PLEASE NOTE: FOR LARGER ITEMS WE CAN HELP WITH SELECTION OF SHIPPERS. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICES, OR WE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR SHIPPER. Nothing will be shipped without full payment. WE DO NOT GIVE SHIPPING QUOTES, DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICES, CALL THE UPS STORE PLEASE. We are not responsible for shipping. Once an item is purchased, we will bring it to the shipper for you, but it is then your responsibility to follow up on these items. This is your item, and you must call and make sure it is shipped. The larger items will have to be shipped by other means, that is your responsibility to find the shipper and have them contact our offices. WE DO NOT SHIP! 9. All items purchased via the internet must be paid with 48 hours , there are no exceptions, we accept Paypal. We also have the provisions for Visa or MasterCard, or Cashiers Check though our offices. Credit Cards are accepted with the agreement that there will be no Chargebacks permitted. There will be a 3% Administrative Fee for all credit cards which will include the transfer of your items to the shipper. 10. We expect all to honor this online agreement, if you do not intend to pay please do not bid. We will not accept anyone who does not have a history on Live auctioneers , you must call our offices to speak with us to be approved. 11. Phone Bid and Absentee Bid arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to Auction , and must be secured with a valid Credit Card. The items offered are part of a live auction, and the pace is about 100 lots per hour. Absentee bids left with our auction house will be executed by Ron Rhoads Auctioneer. Absentee bids left with Live Auctioneers are executed by Live Auctioneers. Ron Rhoads Auctioneer has no control over bids left on the internet, they are executed by a computer terminal. 12. This Auction has no reserves, everything will be sold to the highest Bidder. 13. Bidding increments do not include, buyers premium, sales tax, insurance or shipping. 14. Floor Bidders will take precedence over Internet Bidders, if there is a tie in Bidding. 15. If a dispute rises after the sale, Ron Rhoads Sale Record is conclusive. 16. Unless you have been involved with several auctions with Live auctioneers, we will not approve you as a bidder until you contact our offices. 21. If there is a problem with your purchase, we must be contacted within three business days......or there will be no further help. You have three days!
