Excellent experience
Entire experience was positive, and I am delighted with my purchases. Joe was amazingly helpful and friendly throughout the process. Facilitated a pickup on a Sunday, was perfectly organized and punctual, helped with billing issues afterwards. He made the whole thing simple and easy to get through, and it definitely made me want to continue bidding with Ron Rhoads auctions.

High shipping costs
I have purchased items from many other auction houses and been exceptionally pleased. This experience has been difficult from the start and shipping costs from Pennsylvania to Florida about half the costs of the items.

Easy in person pickup
Bought a lot of glasses. Made an appt to pick up. They were already packed and ready to go and were loaded in the car for me. Easy peasy!

Won a lot with several Fragile pottery items. Rhoads uses the UPS Store in Pottstown for shipping. They did an INCREDIBLE Packaging job for these fragile items. Very quickly shipped! Payment is so easy with PayPal.

Everything went as one would hope after I won an item; I was contacted with an invoice quickly, payment went without a hitch, and RR Auctioneers handled the third-party shipping (a local UPS Store), which charged a reasonable rate and packed the item well. A +

Barbie Doll Lot of 5 Dolls ~ As Pictured
Dolls were as pictured in the photo. As a bidder/buyer, I need to ask more about the condition and ask for more pictures. This is on me, not the auction house. Shipping was expensive, but that is NOT the seller's issue and I would not rate the seller based on the shipping costs.

UPS has nothing to do with my business,,,,,,, I do not deserve your 3 rating......... you liked and you were happy with the it.. please refrain from giving me a rating that is not fair......... this was a five rating, and all of the peoplel saying anything about shipping should understand what is happening in our country at this time........ shipping is a problem everywhere.......... please take that rating down.

The Best Auction House!
I have been bidding on Ron Rhoads auctions for at least 10 years. Staff is very helpful if there is a question and always my winning lots are handled promptly, get to the shipper quickly and arrive in a timely fashion. Eileen Rhoads is the go to lady in charge and always does an excellent job. I look forward to each auction within my areas of collecting as generally the merchandise is of the best quality and variety.
