Friday features fine jewelry including a pair of 0.91 ct diamond and 14kt white gold hoop earrings, a 15.50 ct blue topaz and diamond ring and a 14kt yellow gold and diamond Indian head coin pendant. Furniture includes a pair of Walnut armoires, an English knotty pine grandmother clock, c1850 and a Swiss Marquetry inlay music box c 1840 to name a few. Fine art including paintings by Gerrit Sinclair (USA 1890-1955), Lawrence McConaha (USA 1894-1962), an after Auguste Moreau bronze sculpture of a young boy and girl, 31? H and an assortment of artwork from many Midwest regional artists. Two copper and brass flamkessel doors and a plaque from the Stroh Brewing Co. Detroit, Mi. with a brass Stroh family crest in the center of each piece. A fine book collection by a local collector including first editions including: Ten volumes of Maurice Maeterlinck works, Robert Smith Surtees, volume entitled: ?Jorrock?s Jaunts and Jollities?, Fourth Edition and a signed, Jonathon Foer, 1st edition, hard bound volume entitled: ?A Convergence Of Birds?. Two handmade scale models of the British Man-Of-War H.M.S. Bounty. Fine Persian, Indian and Pakistan carpets and runners. A fine collection of vintage postcards including nautical themed cards of 19th and early 20th Michigan and great lakes ferries and steamers along with international ocean liners and Michigan tourist destinations including Beaver Island, Mackinac Island and Sault Saint Marie. And finally a 19th c. G. Herder, Cincinnati, .44 cal percussion cap rifle, converted from a flintlock and a 19th c Chinese Fighting Shuangjian (double sword) and scabbard.
