Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received two day's before the Sale may not be answered. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Stasak Auctioneers will endeavor to provide additional information as a courtesy, but it is only an opinion and should not be regarded as a statement of fact. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. Condition Inquiries: Requests for condition details will be answered as the information becomes available and in the order they are received. Emailed condition inquires will be responded to by return email. Any additional condition information obtained will be added to Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. If you prefer speaking to a live person, condition reports may also be obtained by telephone. Additional Image Requests: Requests for additional object images will be answered as the information becomes available and in the order they are received. Emailed image requests will not be responded to directly by return email. Any additional photo's obtained will be added to the Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. The Auctioneer is not liable for, nor has control of, online transmission speeds or bid increments placed by registered Live Auctioneer users. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to the Auction. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS: Stasak Auctioneers is not responsible for any typographical or other error or omission in this catalog or in any advertising connected to this sale. Auction ends on Friday August 18th Lots start closing at 7pm eastern time. Payments must be received by Wednesday August 23rd @3pm. Pick u day is Friday August 25th from 9-5pm. It is at our building, so pick up time and day is a little flexible. Pick up is preferred. There are only a few items that will be available for shipment. If you do not live in the area and want something shipped, CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING. If it is an item that can be shipped, we charge $20 handling fee per lot, plus actual shipping charges. If it is an item that the UPS store will pack and ship, we charge $10 per lot, for transporting it to the store. 18% buyers premium and 6.85% sales tax. Please call (908)305-3266 with any questions.
