Potential bidders are responsible for making themselves aware of condition and functionality of any inventory during that period. There are no returns of any items for any reason. All sales are final. All inventory is subject to a 20% buyers premium. There are no discounts for cash payment. All inventory must be picked up and removed from 117 Cove Road, Lyme CT, at the purchaser?s expense and using the purchaser?s labor and packing materials by Friday, January 19th, at 4:00 P.M. Russ Antiques staff will be available at 117 Cove Road in Lyme CT from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Wednesday, January 17th through Friday, January 19th, 2018. Russ Antiques and Auctions LLC does not provide any shipping services. Third Party shipment services may pick up items by appointment only before January 19th, 2018. Any inventory remaining after January 19th, 2018, will be removed to a 3rd-party storage facility with additional fees applied to purchasers account amounting to $20 per day. Ownership of any inventory transfers to the purchaser upon completion of the purchase (financial transaction). Russ Antiques and Auctions will not be held liable for the damage or loss of any inventory after it has been purchased. All payment for any purchases is due by January 16th, 2018. All purchases are subject to Connecticut state sales tax unless the purchaser has a valid resale tax certificate.
