For items purchased through E-bay Live Auctions, it is the buyer’s responsibility to Contact Williams Auction via telephone or email to arrange payment if you do not hear from us within 3 days after the auction. 12. INTERNET BIDDERS: Those with credit card numbers on file will have their purchases charged to their credit card accounts immediately following the auction and will be advised by email or phone that they have won the bid. 13. SHIPPING: Shipping, Insurance and Handling Charges will be added to your invoice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for and pay for shipping. We can facilitate and ship small items and multiple items of similar size & type which will be packed together. All property should be removed from our premises no later than 6 p.m. of the fifth business day following the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with Williams Auction & Appraisal Service. Items not removed will be charged storage and handling fees of $10.00 per day per item until removed. These deadlines are strictly enforced. 14. PAYING BY CHECK: Williams Auction reserves the right to hold all property until check has cleared. 15. RETURNED CHECKS: If check is returned for NSF you will be notified immediately. A $35 fee will be charged and we will re-deposit your check. If it is returned a second time it will be handed over to the proper authorities.
