ONLY THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE and are due by 5:00 PM Central Time 2 days after receiving invoice after auction. 1. Mastercard with a 3% processing fee. 2. Visa with a 3% processing fee. 3. Paypal with a 3 percent processing fee. (NOTE: Paypal transactions are the last to process. It is much quicker if we process your card in house.) 4. Cash. *******IMPORTANT NOTE******* If your purchase heavy items or rocks, WE CHARGE YOUR CARD TWO TIMES; first for the invoice amount, and later for the shipping AFTER we have your items packed and weighed. We need to have your cc ON OUR HATMAN AUCTION FILE so we can quickly bill your card and ship out. If your card is not on our file, we will contact you to pay shipping via email. If you refuse to pay shipping, you will be charged a 50 percent restocking fee, all packing costs, all administrative costs and these fees will be withheld from the refund. If you do not pay shipping within 30 days of contact, your property will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued. Please email any questions prior to bidding. We try to photo items precisely and show any imperfections within the photo. You are buying all items in AS IS condition, so please make your determinations based on the photos. If there are any obvious chips, cracks, etc., we will include them within the photo or mention them in the descriptions.
