AUCTION By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BUYER'S PREMIUM All lots are subject to a 23% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding. PAYMENT Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. INSPECTION Additional photographs of any lot are available and personal inspection at our Providence RI office is available on April 24th by appointment. All artworks are kept in temperature controlled storage and are moved to our office for personal inspection. AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION We won't sell an item if we don't believe it to be authentic and we won't describe an item if we don't believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. NO REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. SHIPPING We provide packing and shipping. We ship through Federal Express. You may also pick-up your purchase, or have a shipper of your choosing retrieve your lots, up to five (5) days after the auction. Please make an appointment before doing so. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests. ITEM STORAGE All items purchased but not retrieved or shipped within 10 days are subject to a storage fee of 1% of the final sales price per day. Items which are not shipped within 110 days are subject to our disposal.
