Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. The absence of a condition report does not guarantee that the item is in perfect condition or free from damage and/or wear. International shipping cost will be determined after the auction and the buyer will receive an invoice. Only smaller items will be available for display ONLY on the auction day AND ONLY BY PRIOR REQUEST and the rest of the items will remain in our storage and will be shipped to winner bidder after receiving cleared payment. 11- THERE IS ABLSOLUTLEY NO PICK UP OPTION FOR THIS AUCTION AFTER AUCTION is ENDED. Won items will be shipped after a full cleared payment and the buyers assume all the responsibility for the shipping cost, Shipping address provided buy the winner bidder has to match the shipping address on Liveauctioneer and the billing address on the payment method 12- NOT ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE AUCTION TIME. If buyers wish to examine a specific item it is only available (per request) prior to the auction date and Buyers have to coordinate with GOOD OLD DAYS ANTIQUE AUCTION INC to have the item brought to the auction location. Buyers have to receive a confirmation from the auction house that the item will be available during the preview time. 13- Despite the buyer(s) location (California or outside California) all Items will be shipped 14- Once an item is sold to an in-house bidder, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the won item(s). 15-Accounts that are unpaid after 25 days of the sale date will be subject to a 2% monthly finance charge; administrative fees may also apply. 16-FAILURE TO DELIVER PURCHASER'S PROPERTY.
