Modern and Contemporary Art

The Modern Art department starts the season 2019 with a curated Pop Art Auction. The sale will offer international artistic positions from Pop Art and Post Pop Art from the US and Great Britain, Germany and Austria as well as Italy and Asia. The spell of popular art is unbroken to this day also proven by the numerous contemporary Neo Pop artists from the US, Japan, China and Poland. Also, Soz Art will be offered in a separate chapter. For this exciting project we are accepting works by Anglo-Saxon and American artists such as Peter Blake, Richard Hamilton, David Hockney, Robert Indiana, Allen Jones, Jasper Johns, R.B. Kitaj, Roy Lichtenstein, Richard Lindner, Claes Oldenburg, Eduardo Paolozzi, Coosje van Bruggen, Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol and Tom Wesselman. The auction demands also works by German artists as Thomas Bayrle, Christa Dichgans, Fritz Köthe, Manfred Kuttner, Konrad Lueg, Sigmar Polke, Gerhard Richter and Wolf Vostell or Austrian sculptor Kiki Kogelnik. Selected Italian positions such as Valerio Adami, Franco Angeli, Emilio Tadini, Lucio del Pezzo, Mimmo Rotella, Mario Schiffano and Cesare Tacchi are also welcome. For the Neo-Pop Art section we are looking for works by Keith Haring and Jeff Koons, Ma Jun and Zou Cao, Yoyoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami and Wilhelm Sasnal, for the Soz Art chapter by Erik Bulatov, I.A. Novikov, D.A. Prigov and Leonid Sokov to expand the Western influenced image of Pop Art with new perspectives. We look forward to your call or your messages.
