Accepted Forms of Payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa TAX: 7% Sales tax will be charged for online purchases shipped within the state of Indiana. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax. ONLINE BIDDERS: 20% Buyer Premium will be applied (includes AuctionZip/Invaluable Live Fees). ABSENTEE & PHONE BIDDERS: 15% Buyer Premium will be applied. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: 5% Buyer Premium will be waived if paying with cash or check. Auction attendees paying with cash or check will pay NO Buyer Premium!! SHIPPING: Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.** For larger items, we have several contacts that will give quotes for transport services. NOTICE: Large items that will be shipped pallet freight may need to be disassembled which will incur an additional cost. Each lot that needs to be pallet shipped will also incur an extra $25 charge for time and supplies. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if you wish. Other items that may require special handling, extra time or supplies may incur extra charges. Items marked WILL NOT SHIP will need to have transportation arranged by the buyer. WINNING BIDDERS: Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made. Step #3: Phone or email contact must be made with payment information. Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items!! NOTICE! VERY IMPORTANT!: Chupp Auctions handles a high volume of merchandise in a short period of time. While our intent is to describe items, authenticity, and condition to have a successful and mutually satisfying transaction, it is physically and economically impossible for us to achieve perfection on every item. Our firm lists items far in advance of the sale so the buyer can ask questions BEFORE bidding. At our expense, we do provide staffing to get buyers the information BEFORE they bid.
