All items are sold as is and are represented as such. The purchaser is responsible for the shipment of their purchased item/s. Luxurious Treasures reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdraws. For Jewelry - All jewelry purchased will have to be paid by money order/check or wire transfer. An valid United states identification card will have to be presented and has to match all three address(the money transfer address, the shipping address and the id address). Other wise the auction will be null and cancelled. We have the right to charge storage fees after 10 days of receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to donate items paid for past 60 days- The purchaser has 60 days to retrieve their item or will forfeit their item to Donations. A condition report will be provide upon request of the item. For bidding- Phone bidding, written bidding and online bidding. Bid Rejecting - We reserve the right to reject any bid from any bidder. WE reserve to resell the won item on any bidders paddle and determine the success of the item/s being sold. Phone Bidding- bidder must call 1 day before the auction to notify us for requesting phone bids. Bidder must also provide their info for the auction in which we will call back for their bids. Written bids will not be accepted. All bidders have the opportunity to place bids before the day of the auction. Bids will be taken online before and during the auction. Bidders Payments - All items are to be paid immediately after the receipt of an invoice through live auctioneers( including hammer price, buyers premium and any applicable taxes). We are not responsible for an item once it is bid on and paid for. We are not responsible for an item arriving damaged or lost/stolen once paid for.
